Water Soluble Eco Golf Balls

In 1991 MARPOL V Treaty was sign that banned the practice of hitting golf balls into the sea.

This was a great idea since golf balls are made of plastic and will never degrade.

Many sea animals would mistake the balls for food and eat them, which could result in death.
