Tiger Makes Me Eat My Words
Honestly, I know better. It’s happened before to me and many other golf writers.
You write about something in Tiger’s game that you believe you see, but he doesn’t.
How stupid is that? There’s probably not another golfer who has ever lived who knows his game any better than Tiger.
Last week I wrote that maybe Tiger was too ‘Pumped Up’ to be at the top of his game in my article “Pushing The Muscle Limits.” Doug also wrote about this in his article, “Is Tiger TOO Pumped Up?”
So to prove me and every other theorizing writer wrong he hits every fairway in Sunday’s round while shooting 7 under, birdies the last two holes and wins Jack’s Memorial Tournament once again.
I’d write more, but I’m off to the gym to try and improve my own game!

Heck, I was the first one to write about Tiger being so “pumped up” so I really should also be wearing the red rubber nose and clown shoes too

From now on, I’ll leave Tiger to figure out his own problems. So far he always has. If he can hit fairways at Bethpage, he will be almost impossible to stop.
There is no point in betting against Tiger. He has combined the mental game with swing mechanics with golf technology better than any other golfer in history.
