As for me, those accessories are not intended to inspire the players. Not that they're the reason why you win. Just as I thought though.

I whole-heartedly concur with Adam. I would recommend going one step further and working with a qualified club builder to find the driver that will keep you in the fairway given your basic swing.

BTW the G15 is a great club. You just chose the wrong loft. Try the 11 degree. I guarantee you will be happy and hit better drives. Don't let your ego tell you that you have to "be a man" and use a low lofted club. Use whatever club will put you in the middle of the fairway the most. If you want to lower your score, you need to be in the fairway. 2nd shots from the rough does not lower scores. A 150 yard drive in the middle of the fairway is better than a 275 yard drive into the woods every time.

Not many people can hit a 9 degree driver with accuracy. If you want better drives, got UP in loft, not down. You will hit a 11.5 a TON better than a 9 degree. I'd rather sacrifice 10 yards and hit 70% of fairways than gain 10 yards and hit 40%.

I use a 12 degree driver with a senior flex. I can hit it just as far as my friends using a 10.5 and Im way more accurate. Lower loft does not = better and farther.
