Master’s Dream Leaderboard

In case you were under a rock yesterday, or maybe pumping out your basement here in Rhode Island, Day 1 of the 2010 Masters has given us the most phenomenal leaderboard imaginable. Just about anyone that should be at the top is there.

Lead by the geezers Tom Watson and Freddy Couples, Phil Mickelson, Lee Westwood, KJ Choi, Ian Poulter, Mr. Woods, Anthony Kim and even Adam Scott are all bunched at the top with many other noticeables right behind.

I’m glad I didn’t try to predict who might win beforehand, anything I could have written wouldn’t have come close to what has transpired. I just hope it keeps going.

We may witness one of the most memorable Masters ever. Looks like this is going to be fun. Do we dare hope that the winner on Sunday shoots a 66 to steal it from someone who shoots a 67?
