Jayne Storey, Founder of chi-performance GOLF, is a Performance Coach to golfers, to athletes from a variety of sports and to other high-achieving individuals to whom it is necessary to perform well in pressure situations.
Her expertise is based on almost 30 years practice and professional coaching in the Eastern arts of Chi Kung (breathing exercises), Tai Chi (a soft-style martial art) and Ch’an (Chinese Zen) Meditation, together with 10 years independent research and development of her unique chi-performance GOLFcoaching model, which has been tried, tested and proven to enhance performance for the committed, competitive player.
chi-performance GOLF (Est. 2002) offers simple, proven principles and techniques to help golfers create consistent ball-striking abilities, produce more perfect golf shots and perform under pressure.
It is a developmental tool approved by the Professional Golfers’ Association sports-science and coaching staff and one of a number of innovative approaches that currently forms part of the PGA’s Professional Development Program. It is also approved by the World Golf Teacher’s Federation (GB) and the Ladies European Tour.
Jayne offers one-to-one tuition, group workshops and seminars. She is a feature writer for a number of golfing publications, including Golf International, National Club Golfer, Universal Golf, Lady Golfer and County Golfer magazines.
