Several different body parts need exercise. For instance the back, your back keeps your body straight when you are about to tee off. There are two ways to exercise your back muscles, one is to lie on your stomach and act like you are doing a push-up. Do not raise your body completely off the ground, simply lift your head as far off the floor as possible.

Vince, I'm not a Jimmy Ballard expert, but I've done a little research. He might have taught a sway as a fix for a reverse pivot at one time, but that doesn't mean that a sway is the end point of your golf journey. I've seen video of Jimmy hitting balls and he doesn't sway, so I guess he didn't teach himself that. There's more than one way to reach the final destination, but the final destination is the same for everyone or it least it's their goal. For more info on what's really going on during the swing check out www.brianmanzella.com.

In your estimation, did/does Jimmy Ballard teach a 'sway' move on the backswing to eliminate reverse pivoting?
